DEFEM mesh trays are available in four different surface treatments, from electro-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized versions to stainless steel V4A and V2A. They are manufactured with high-quality, uniform welds and comply with the Norsk Veritas offshore standard.
DEFEM offers a comprehensive range of mesh trays in widths of 53 to - 622 mm, in various heights and for special applications, as well as an extensive range of accessories, e.g. for Cat. 5/6 installations. The trays also feature the unique DEFEM B1 and B2 tabs, which prevent the tray from moving horizontally and vertically during installation.
Installation with Minimal Effort
The mesh trays provide consistent stability along their entire length, even allowing pre-assembly on the ground. The number of supports is reduced by 33% compared with systems from other manufacturers thanks to the typical DEFEM support span of 2 m. This enables faster installation and helps reduce installation costs.
Due to their design, DEFEM mesh trays are extremely stable. The trays can be filled right up to the edge, even with a two-meter support span.
DEFEM products are also suitable for the demanding requirements of the food industry. In particular, they are easy to clean and help minimize the growth of germs and bacteria.

Specially shaped, rounded wire ends as well as smooth and robust weld points ensure reliable protection for both cables and installers. Thanks to optimized wire diameters and geometries, DEFEM mesh trays achieve high permissible working loads and provide additional safety margins compared with standard solutions available on the market.
