New PUR and Rubber Cables for Industrial Applications

The new cables feature class 5 finely stranded conductors and impress with their excellent handling and high flexibility. The halogen-free PUR control cables LUTZE SILFLEX® N PUR and LUTZE SILFLEX® N (C) PUR are available in unshielded and shielded versions. The shielded version offers excellent EMC characteristics and is particularly suited to for use in electromagnetically demanding industrial environments. Both versions have numbered conductors and a gray outer jacket (similar to RAL 7001).

The harmonized PUR cables H05BQ-F and H07BQ-F are available with colored cores conductors and an orange jacket (similar to RAL 2003). They are temperature-resistant up to +90 °C, halogen-free and largely oil, UV and weather resistant. Thanks to their high flexibility, impact resistance and robustness, they are ideal for connecting mobile devices and applications under demanding environments. Upon request, and subject to a minimum order quantity, the cables are also available with a yellow, blue, green or red outer jackets.

With LUTZE SILFLEX® N PUR and LUTZE SILFLEX® N (C) PUR, LÜTZE offers halogen-free control cables for stationary installation and high flexing applications. The cables are designed for voltages up to 300/500 V and are suitable for connecting machines and devices. The robust PUR outer jacket ensures high mechanical strength and a long service life. The shielded LUTZE SILFLEX® N (C) PUR version also reliably reduces electromagnetic interference.

The harmonized H05BQ-F and H07BQ-F cables are designed for operating voltages up to 450/750 V and are particularly suitable for mobile devices, tools and industrial applications with frequent movement. Their high abrasion resistance and weather resistance make them a reliable solution for indoor and outdoor use.

With the heavy-duty H07RN-F rubber cable, LÜTZE is adding a particularly rugged cable for demanding operating conditions to its portfolio. The black cable (similar to RAL 9005) is resistant to UV, moisture and ozone and is suitable for outdoor use. Thanks to its high flexibility and robustness, it is used in industry, skilled trades, agriculture and on construction sites.
