New robust EMC, PUR, Rubber, and UL Cables for Demanding Applications

The new LÜTZE cable series offer solutions for a wide range of applications — from EMC-critical industrial and machinery environments to robust PUR and rubber cables for mobile use, as well as UL approved cables for static installations. The shielded power cables with transparent or black outer jacket deliver excellent shielding attenuation and are available with either a single or triple protective conductor. The harmonized PUR cables H05BQ-F and H07BQ-F are available in versions with or without protective conductors and are oil- and abrasion-resistant.

The heavy-duty rubber hose cables H07RN-F are flame-retardant, abrasion- and weather-resistant, and suitable for medium mechanical loads in outdoor environments. The TC-ER/MTW cables in accordance with UL 1277 are approved for North America, UL/CSA-certified, robust, and can be installed without protective conduit — ideal for control systems, machinery, and cable trays.

LÜTZE offers two powerful variants of shielded drive cables for applications up to 0.6/1 kV. The first version features a combined aluminum foil and copper braid shield with high coverage to reduce electromagnetic interference, along with a classic protective conductor. It is available with either a black or transparent outer jacket for use indoors or outdoors. The second variant includes three symmetrically arranged protective conductors, ideal for minimizing asymmetric fields and stray currents. Both cable types meet the latest EMC, flame-retardant, and oil-resistance standards and are available in multiple configurations.

With the harmonized PUR cables H05BQ-F (300/500 V) and H07BQ-F (450/750 V), LÜTZE offers two flexible power cables for machines, power tools, and mobile devices. They are abrasion-resistant, oil- and weatherproof, and temperature-resistant up to +90 °C, making them ideal for dynamic applications under mechanical stress. The heavy-duty H07BQ-F is suitable for industrial installations, construction sites, and motors, while the lighter H05BQ-F is perfect for power tools and laboratory equipment.

The heavy-duty H07RN-F cables are designed for flexible use under medium mechanical stress in dry, damp, and wet environments — ideal for industrial, trade, and agricultural applications. They are flame retardant, oil- and weather-resistant, and suitable for use up to 1000 V in protected installations. The range includes numerous variants for applications from mobile devices to power distribution.

The LÜTZE Tray Cables are UL 1277-listed control and connection cables, specifically designed for machine installations in North America. They meet the requirements of TC-ER, MTW, and AWM classifications and are suitable for use in dry, damp, or oily environments. They may also be freely routed between the control cabinet and the machine. The cables are flame-retardant, oil-resistant (OIL RES I), and temperature-resistant up to 90 °C.
